Mixed-use building - West block of the Bédier - Porte d’Ivry operation

The building boasts a capacity of around 24.000 sq.m. comprising :
- Reaccommodation of municipal departments : 5.000 sq.m.,
- Reaccommodation of the Berlier control post : 3.500 sq.m.,
- Offices : 15.000 sq.m.

In view of the complexity of this programme, with three distinct and fully independent volumes, not to mention the scheduling constraints, the Paris municipality opted for delegated project ownership in respect of the studies and initiation of procedures prior to construction of this operation. The architects selected for this building are Jean-Marc Ibos and Myrto Vitart.
